Karen Chant ( Diavolino IG's ) currently has 4 IG's listed on her website. 1 is a Rescue, available for adoption through Hearts United for Animals. The other 3 are being placed by their breeder and are still quite young, with a lot of love left to give. A breeder is facing health issues which have proven to be a challenge. She feels that placing a few of her Iggies would be best for all concerned. Cantex IG's www.cantexigs.com is currently screening homes for 4 of their IG's. Please visit their site, click on the Available Dogs page to learn more.
If you have never shared your home and heart with an Iggy, please let me know. I have put together an IG Handbook which I provide - free of charge - to anyone interested. I believe that education is the key to a healthy relationship with any breed and will also help in reducing the number of people who are paired with a breed that clearly isn't suited, thus turning to Rescue.
